Did not receive order

Someone called me before Christmas to let me know that due to me leaving a bad review they would be shipping my order & I would receive it the Friday after Christmas. He also said they had emailed me. I never received my order as of today 1/2/25 & still haven’t received my items or any further communication. I paid thru PayPal so I will be reporting this to them as a scam.
